Trial questions

Good to know.

Is the trial really free?

Yes. We do not ask for payment details for a trial, and it never turns into a paid plan on its own. When it ends, it simply stops.

When does my trial start?

When our team creates your trial line — not when you submit this form. You will receive an email with your login details; the 24 hours run from then.

How long does it take to receive?

Trials are set up by a person, so timing depends on the queue and the time of day. Requests are reviewed and set up by a person, so timing depends on queue length and the time of day.

Can I request more than one trial?

Trials are limited to one per person, email address and device so that everyone gets a fair chance to try the service.

What if my device isn't listed?

Choose “Other compatible player” and tell us the model and app in the notes. If it can run a player that accepts M3U or Xtream Codes logins, it will usually work.
