Who we are
This policy explains how Great IPTV (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit greatiptv4k.com, use our forms, chat with us or buy a subscription. The service is operated by [business legal name and address — to be confirmed].
Questions about privacy can be sent to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com.
Information you give us
When you submit an order, a free trial request or a contact message, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name and email address, and your WhatsApp number if you choose to give it;
- for orders: the plan length, number of connections, line type (new or renewal) and, for renewals, your existing username;
- your device type, the IPTV app you use and, for MAG boxes, the device's MAC address;
- the countries whose channels you prefer, and whether you want adult content enabled (with your confirmation of legal age);
- any notes or messages you write, and for contact messages an optional country.
We do not collect card or bank details on this website.
Technical information collected with forms
To protect the service against fraud, automated submissions and repeated abuse, each form submission is stored with technical information about the request:
- the IP address the request came from, and whether it is IPv4 or IPv6;
- your browser's user-agent string and what it tells us about the browser, operating system and device category;
- the page the form was sent from, and the referrer and origin headers your browser sent;
- a small set of request headers (such as preferred language and browser “client hints”), with cookies and authorisation headers removed;
- your browser's time zone, time-zone offset and preferred language, which the form sends along with your submission;
- the date and time of the submission and a unique reference number.
Network checks. We may send the IP address to an IP-intelligence provider to estimate its approximate country and region and whether it is associated with a VPN, proxy, Tor exit node or hosting provider. These results are estimates, never proof. We do not refuse service simply because someone uses a VPN.
We do not use invasive device fingerprinting or hidden tracking identifiers, and we do not run advertising trackers on this website.
How we use your information
- to review and fulfil your order or trial, create or renew your line and send your login details;
- to reply to your messages and provide support;
- to send you confirmations and service emails about your request (not marketing);
- to detect and prevent spam, fraud, duplicate requests and abuse of the free trial;
- to keep records of orders and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers we rely on
We share information only with providers that help us run the service:
- Email delivery — Google (Gmail) sends our confirmation and notification emails, so your email address and the contents of those emails pass through Google's systems.
- Live chat — the chat widget is provided by Tawk.to. If you use it, your messages and technical information are processed by Tawk.to, which may set cookies or local storage to keep your chat session working.
- IP intelligence (optional) — when enabled, the IP address of a form submission is checked with an IP-intelligence provider as described above.
- Bot protection (optional) — if a verification challenge is shown on a form, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Hosting — our website runs on a server operated by [hosting provider — to be confirmed].
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
- Technical request information (IP address, user agent, headers, network checks) is removed from stored requests automatically after 180 days.
- Abuse logs, which store a shortened IP range and a pseudonymised reference instead of the full address, are deleted after 90 days.
- Orders, trials and messages are kept for [retention period — e.g. 24 months, to be confirmed] so we can support your line and keep business records, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
How we protect it
Requests are stored on our server with access restricted to the operating account, transmitted over HTTPS, and never published or exposed through the website. Submitted text is treated as untrusted and escaped before it is displayed or emailed. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can access it.
Cookies and browser storage
This website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. Third-party features — the live chat and, if shown, the bot-protection challenge — may set their own cookies or storage needed for them to work.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email contact.provideriptv@gmail.com from the address you used with us and include your reference number if you have one. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
You can also choose not to use the live chat and contact us by email instead.
Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13, and subscriptions are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change and show the new date at the top. Related documents: Terms of Service and DMCA Policy.
